Hainan Airlines programme
This profile refers to Hainan Airlines’ loyalty programme without supplying an unverified English brand rendering. The published material distinguishes redeemable Consumption Points from Tier Points, so check which balance a flight or transaction affects. This profile separates the balance you can spend from the measures used for elite status.

- Before a flight, check the marketing carrier, operating carrier, fare and booking class.
- Keep the redeemable balance separate from the status measure listed below.
- Before booking, check award availability, fees and change conditions in the programme’s current search.
How flights earn
Eligible Hainan Airlines Group activity earns Consumption Points from qualifying spend. Tier Points use flight distance and booking-class factors; partners and special fares follow separate rules.
Miles or points to spend
Consumption Points are redeemable. They are separate from Tier Points.
Elite status qualification
Tier qualification uses Tier Points and qualifying segments. Upgrade and renewal use different periods, including a rolling 12-month upgrade assessment and the member’s status period for renewal.
Expiry
An eligible earn or redemption can extend Consumption Points for 24 months. Without qualifying account activity, points can expire.
