Verification status
Every page carries a verification panel. It keeps four questions apart, because a page can pass one and not another.
- Source status
- Were official sources found and saved? The panel gives the number of official sources listed on the page and the date they were read. “No official source found” means the page cannot state the programme’s rules.
- Fact check
- Were the page’s key facts compared with those sources, and when? The scope is the facts the page states; anything not stated is not covered.
- Model review
- Did a separate automated review check the text against the sources? It is automated, not a person, and the panel says when a page had only the author’s own check.
- Public status
- What the reader gets: a full page with cited facts, an outline that explains the topic but states no checked programme facts yet, or a scope note.
Current counts
- 1492 English reference pages have a stored record; 1492 of them have a saved source list.
- 1479 records are checked against official sources with an independent automated review; 6 have only an author self-check; 5 are scope notes.
- The mileage earning calculator uses 194 earning rules checked against official charts.
Calculators and tables
Calculator pre-fills and comparison tables only use stored records that carry the official link, the date it was checked and the exact wording. Each calculator page lists its sources and dates under “Sources and dates”.
