How flights earn

Eligible flights earn from distance, paid cabin and applicable bonuses. Short-haul minimum mileage and a through flight number can affect the calculation.

Miles or points to spend

ROP Miles are the redeemable balance.

Elite status qualification

Qualification uses Qualifying Miles and specified eligible international sectors on rolling 12- or 24-month paths. Platinum has additional requirements.

Expiry

Ordinary ROP Miles are valid for three years and expire at the end of the relevant quarter. A published status extension does not extend the miles.
