How to earn My Millennium points
My Millennium points, called MyPoints, are the points awarded by MyMillennium, the hotel loyalty program of Millennium Hotels and Resorts; you earn them by paying an eligible room rate at a participating hotel, quoting your membership ID when you book and at check-in or when you settle the bill. [1] A MyMillennium Classic member earns 10 MyPoints for every US$1 of qualifying room spend, incidental spend and in-house guest dining, before tax. [1]

How do you earn MyPoints on a hotel stay?
The MyMillennium terms effective 1 November 2024 set these rules for participating hotels in various countries. [1] A hotel stay earns MyPoints only when the member who made the booking is also the main stayer and quotes their membership ID at booking and at check-in or when settling the bill. [1] Only hotels run by a Millennium Hotels and Resorts group company or a third-party franchisee under Leng’s Collection, Millennium Collection, Copthorne Collection or M Collection participate. [1] Millennium Hotels and Resorts presents MyMillennium as rewarding stays anywhere in the world. [5] Members must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction if older, and may hold only one account. [1] Travel agents, conference agents and corporate bookers are excluded, except corporate bookers using MyMillennium BIZ. [1]
The base earning rate depends on tier, before tax, on qualifying room spend, incidental spend and in-house guest dining at participating hotels. [1]
| Tier | Earning rate |
|---|---|
| MyMillennium Classic | 10 MyPoints per US$1 [1] |
| MyMillennium Silver | 15 MyPoints per US$1 [1] |
| MyMillennium Prestige | 20 MyPoints per US$1 [1] |
Tier benefits beyond earning are summarized on the MyMillennium program overview.
Which room rates and charges qualify for MyPoints?
Qualifying Room Spend is the amount a member pays in full for room accommodation at an eligible room rate, for overnight Qualifying Nights at a participating hotel. [1] Taxes, service charges and other levies on the hotel invoice are excluded from qualifying room spend. [1] Gratuities, concierge charges and non-hotel expenditures booked through the hotel are also excluded. [1] Complimentary rooms, rooms booked through travel agents or online travel agents, airline or travel-industry discount rates, airline-crew rates paid by the airline, group convention or corporate meeting rates, and selected long-term stay rates do not qualify. [1] Currency conversion into US dollars uses a rate Millennium Hotels and Resorts selects at its sole discretion, and that calculation is final. [1] If all eligible charges for several rooms are paid on one invoice, the member can earn on all those rooms, based on eligible charges on that invoice. [1] When two or more members share a room, the qualifying night is registered only to the paying member. [1]
How do dining, birthday and profile bonuses work?
A member who is not staying at a hotel earns 5 MyPoints per US$1 on food and beverage spend, excluding tax, at participating food and beverage outlets, with no minimum spend. [1] To earn those dining points, the member must scan and submit the receipt through the MyMillennium app within 72 hours. [1] Members who have stayed ten nights at participating hotels have their total accumulated MyPoints doubled under Double MyPoints. [1] Stays that check in and check out during a member’s birthday month have the MyPoints issued for the stay tripled under Triple MyPoints, provided the member’s date of birth is in their profile. [1] Triple MyPoints is capped at one room booking per member, on the stay with the highest spend. [1] Profile activities also earn: 250 MyPoints for downloading the MyMillennium app, 250 for updating the member profile and 500 for opting in to marketing communications. [1] Those bonus amounts are subject to change. [1]
How do you make sure a stay is credited?
Crediting starts with the membership ID: give it when booking and at check-in or when settling the bill. [1] The member can check the MyPoints balance on the MyMillennium website or app. [1] If the account activity statement looks inaccurate, the member must contact MyMillennium Customer Service. [1] MyPoints adjustments are not made more than 60 days after the last day of the event to which the claim relates. [1] Members must keep hotel receipts and invoices because they are required to verify adjustment requests. [1] MyPoints listed in an account can change to reflect actual qualifying room and incidental spend, adjustments and program changes. [1]
