My Millennium: Millennium Hotels' Loyalty Programme

My Millennium (written MyMillennium in the programme's own terms) is the guest loyalty programme of Millennium Hotels and Resorts, sponsored by Millennium & Copthorne International Limited in Singapore, in which members collect MyPoints on eligible room and dining spend and move through three tiers: Classic, Silver and Prestige. [2] [3]

Facts checked: 18 October 2026

Key takeaways

  • Members collect MyPoints on qualifying room spend, incidental spend and in-house guest dining at participating hotels, at 10, 15 or 20 points depending on whether they hold Classic, Silver or Prestige status. [2]
  • MyPoints are valid for 12 months, expiring on the last day of the relevant expiry month based on Singapore time. [2]
  • Silver requires 10 qualifying nights or US$625 of dining spend in a membership year; Prestige requires 20 nights or US$1,250. [2]
  • Benefits and privileges are subject to availability and may be offered selectively at certain participating hotels, so the experience varies by property. [2]

Joining and where the programme applies

The programme is sponsored by Millennium & Copthorne International Limited, a Singapore company trading as Millennium Hotels and Resorts, and the group describes MyMillennium as its way of rewarding guests every time they stay, anywhere in the world. [2] [3] Classic membership is free to join, and new members register online or on an application form available at participating hotels, receiving a 16-digit membership ID by email once the application is accepted. [2]

Applicants must be individual travellers or corporate guests, at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older, and may hold only one account. [2] Travel agents, conference agents and corporate bookers are excluded, except through MyMillennium BIZ, a separate corporate loyalty programme for corporate bookers. [2] The programme is not offered where rewards-based membership programmes are prohibited or restricted by law. [2]

Only hotels operated by a company in the MHR Group, or by a third-party franchisee, under the Leng's Collection, Millennium Collection, Copthorne Collection or M Collection brands take part, and brands may be added or removed. [2] The list of participating hotels and their countries is published on the programme website and changes from time to time. [2] Benefits and privileges may be made available selectively at certain participating hotels, are subject to availability, and may carry additional hotel-level conditions. [2]

Earning MyPoints

Classic members earn 10 MyPoints, Silver members 15 and Prestige members 20 on qualifying room spend, incidental spend and in-house guest dining, excluding tax, at participating hotels. [2] Qualifying room spend covers room accommodation paid in full at eligible rates for overnight qualifying nights, and excludes service charges, goods and services taxes and other taxes or levies. [2] It also excludes complimentary rooms, rates booked through travel agents or online travel agents, rates tied to airline or travel-industry discounts, airline crew rates paid by the airline, group convention or corporate meeting rates, selected long-term stay rates, gratuities, concierge and non-hotel spending billed through the hotel. [2]

Members who are not staying can earn 5 MyPoints on food and beverage spend, excluding tax, at participating outlets, with no minimum spend, provided they scan and submit the receipt in the MyMillennium app within 72 hours. [2] Total accumulated MyPoints are doubled for members who have stayed 10 nights at participating hotels, and points from stays checked in and checked out during the member's birthday month are tripled where a date of birth is on the member's profile; the triple award is capped at one room booking per member and applies to the stay with the highest spend. [2] Bonus points are also given for downloading the app (250), updating the profile (250) and opting in to marketing communications (500), and these amounts may change. [2]

Members must quote their membership ID when booking, and again at check-in and/or when settling the bill, to be credited. [2] Points go only to the member who made the booking and is the main stayer, and are not awarded on stays where frequent flyer programme miles are earned, on bookings through online travel agents or third-party platforms, or on items redeemed with MyPoints; where all eligible charges for several rooms are paid on one invoice, points can be earned on all of them. [2] Stays that happened before the membership application date cannot be claimed, and adjustments are not made more than 60 days after the last day of the event concerned. [2]

Tiers and what each one adds

Silver status requires at least 10 qualifying nights or US$625 of food and beverage spend within the member's membership year, which runs one year from enrolment or qualification, and Prestige status requires 20 qualifying nights or US$1,250. [2] Members who do not meet the criteria are downgraded: Silver to Classic, and Prestige to Silver or Classic depending on the nights stayed or dining spend. [2] Prestige members requalify by staying an additional 20 nights or spending US$1,250 by the last day of their membership year, and the Prestige membership period is then extended by one year from the requalification date. [2]

Beyond the base tier's 15% dining discount on the final bill, excluding alcohol, taxes and service charges, at participating outlets, Silver members receive 20% off dining excluding alcohol, check-in up to two hours early and check-out up to two hours late where the hotel's availability allows and subject to regional variation, a kids-eat-free benefit for up to two children aged six and below where at least two in-house guests are paying at participating outlets, invitations and early access to events and offers, and welcome amenities once per stay subject to availability. [2]

Prestige members add Executive Club Lounge access where a participating hotel operates a lounge, with the option to bring one additional adult; where the lounge is not available, breakfast at the all-day dining restaurant is offered for a maximum of three days, for the member only and only while staying in-house. [2] Prestige members also receive a room upgrade subject to availability, capped at Club Room level, with suites excluded. [2] New members receive a one-off US$20 dining credit, valid for 30 days from sign-up and used in a single transaction with a minimum spend of US$50 before taxes, and all tiers receive a birthday dining voucher during their birthday month: 20% off for Classic, 25% for Silver and 30% for Prestige. [2]

Points, redemption and expiry

MyPoints are valid for 12 months, expiring on the last day of the relevant expiry month based on Singapore time; the terms give the example that points earned on 1 November 2024 remain valid until 30 November 2025, and points from completed surveys expire within three months of the transaction date. [2] An account may be cancelled without notice if it has been inactive for 24 consecutive months or more, while an active member is defined as one with points accrual or redemption in the preceding three years. [2] MyPoints have no fixed cash value and cannot be bought, sold, pledged or transferred except as the terms permit; members may request a transfer to other members, with up to six members nominated, at the programme's discretion. [2]

Points can be redeemed for hotel stays at participating hotels or for vouchers from redemption partners and the MHR Group, with the number of points required and any cash balance payable published on the programme website, and a redemption may be part points and part cash where the balance is short. [2] Stays booked with points do not earn MyPoints. [2] Members who cancel their membership have 30 days from the programme's receipt of the notice to redeem unexpired points, and if the programme itself ends, points can be redeemed for up to 90 days after the termination notice. [2]

Exceptions and limits

  • Benefits and privileges are granted at the programme's discretion, may be offered only at some participating hotels, are subject to availability, and may be cancelled, amended or substituted at any time. [2]
  • The welcome dining credit and the birthday dining voucher cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts or special offers, are single-use and non-transferable, and unused value is not extended or reissued. [2] The programme generally cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or rewards programme. [2]
  • Rewards and the number of points needed are subject to availability and may be deleted, added, modified or substituted at any time. [2]
  • Membership may be cancelled and unredeemed points, rewards and privileges forfeited for breaches of the terms, misrepresentation, fraud or abuse, unpaid hotel charges, or holding more than one active account. [2]
  • Spend in currencies other than US dollars is converted at a rate the programme selects, and that calculation is final and binding. [2]
  • The terms were last updated effective 1 November 2024, are governed by Singapore law, and changes take effect immediately once posted unless stated otherwise. [2]
