How to change or cancel an SLH Club reward night

Can you change a confirmed SLH Club Reward Night?

No. The Club terms say Reward Night reservations are non-flexible and, once confirmed by SLH, no alterations or cancellations can be made. [1] The same clause says that in case of alteration or cancellation, members forfeit the Reward Night. [1]

Exceptions and limits

• A maximum of five Reward Nights can be booked consecutively per SLH Hotel, per stay. [1]
• Reward Nights at certain destinations may be subject to government approvals, regulations, restrictions and applicable taxes of the destination. [1]
• If SLH terminates the Club under its stated termination right, members have three months from the termination date to redeem and consume accrued Reward Nights; any unredeemed Reward Nights after that period are forfeited without remuneration. [1]
• Outside that three-month wind-down, a member who ends membership forfeits unredeemed Benefits without remuneration. [1]
