Who can join Brilliant by Langham?

Brilliant sets the minimum joining age at 18. [2] [3] The terms describe the program as open to individuals aged 18 or above who enroll through eligible channels, give valid and accurate personal information and consent, are not already members, and have not previously had a membership terminated for breaching the terms. What are the exceptions and limits of joining Brilliant by Langham?

• Members are not entitled to more than one membership; if multiple memberships are created, the company may merge and consolidate their details and points as it determines appropriate and is not responsible for loss of points or benefits from that merge. [3] The company may suspend or terminate a membership if the account is duplicated or unauthorized activity is discovered. [3]
• Memberships are non-transferable and may be used only by the member; pooling points between members is not permitted. [2] [3]
• A name change after enrollment requires identity verification, and the membership name should match the member's legal identification. [2] [3]
• The terms define an Active Member as one who has earned any Brilliant Points at least once in the previous 24 consecutive months. [3] The company may terminate a membership that has ceased to be active for more than 36 consecutive months. [3]
• Brilliant has announced that from 12 January 2027 it will introduce a simpler membership structure and new privileges across stays, dining and spa.
