MSC Voyagers Club: booking benefits and account checklist

Add your Voyagers Club number to the booking and check which benefits belong to the member, which may be shared in the cabin and what conditions apply to the sailing.

MSC's terms say the Voyagers Club number should be provided at the time of booking for programme benefits. Check the membership number, passenger name and reservation in both Manage Booking and your account before departure; do not assume that presenting a digital card onboard will restore every booking offer.

Personal benefits are different from cabin benefits

MSC's terms distinguish personal benefits, which belong to the member and are not transferable, from cabin benefits that may be divided among cabin occupants under the programme rules. Offers can also depend on voyage length, age, cabin, booking timing or promotion.

Check the current terms

  • Confirm how points accrue and how long your status remains valid.
  • Check whether discounts combine with a sale fare, onboard credit or an early-booking offer.
  • Verify age limits, minimum cruise length and how benefits are delivered onboard.
  • After travel, review the account and contact MSC promptly about missing points.
  • Use the live membership page and terms; older PDFs may contain expired earn rates or levels.
