Points expiry
Points earned in a calendar year expire on the second anniversary of the end of that year.
Hotel points to airline miles
Points may be converted to miles with airline partners. The terms set a general 1:1 ratio but allow partner-specific differences; check the current partner terms.
Reward nights
Room Awards are free-room-night awards at participating hotels and require the stated number of points.
Sharing or transferring points
Points generally cannot be transferred to another person unless the programme terms specifically provide an exception.
