Enterprise Plus: qualifying rentals, points and rewards
Enterprise Plus tracks qualifying rentals, rental days and points separately. A reservation or total invoice does not necessarily establish eligible activity.
Qualification and tier period
The current US terms list Plus at one to five qualifying rentals, Silver at six to eleven, Gold at twelve to twenty-three or forty to eighty-four qualifying days, and Platinum at twenty-four or more rentals or eighty-five or more days. Activity is counted within the calendar year. Benefits last through the programme year plus the stated extension in the current terms.
How points accrue
Enterprise awards one point per qualifying US dollar spent on eligible time-and-mileage base charges, paid upgrades and certain add-ons. Taxes, surcharges, insurance, fuel options and several other charges are excluded. Silver, Gold and Platinum receive tier bonuses on qualifying spend.
What may not qualify
Current terms exclude certain insurance, dealer or fleet replacement rentals, travel-package bookings, and prepaid rentals made through third-party sites. Some corporate IDs do not allow personal reward currency. Check the specific rate plan and participating location before counting the booking toward a tier or reward.
Free Rental Days and upgrades
Points can be redeemed for a Free Rental Day through Enterprise’s website or app at participating locations. The point cost varies by location, class and dates. The reward covers the base rental rate; taxes, fees, insurance, fuel, underage-driver charges and optional extras may remain payable. The terms also describe tier-based upgrade certificates, which are subject to vehicle availability and required redemption steps.
Link with National carefully
Some US and Canadian National rentals can count toward Enterprise Plus if an Emerald Club profile is linked to Enterprise Plus and the rental meets the programme’s conditions. A National status benefit does not automatically apply when renting from Enterprise. Check the participating-brand terms.
