Taj InnerCircle: Member Rates and NeuCoins

What the programme says it is

Taj describes InnerCircle as "Our exclusive membership program that offers special savings on stays, dining, spas and more", next to a combined login and join button. [1] [5]

The programme is framed as part of NeuPass rather than as a stand-alone scheme. The homepage labels the entry "Taj InnerCircle – NeuPass", and the offers page describes InnerCircle members as members of the NeuPass programme, adding that they receive special room rates, earn and redeem NeuCoins, and access other benefits. [1] [6] That is the only description of the earning side the checked pages give.

Taj also lists a separate membership and a co-branded card on the same pages, which matters for scope: InnerCircle is one of several products, not an umbrella for all of them. Epicure is described as a lifestyle membership with its own member-only savings, vouchers and benefits covering stays, dining and wellness therapies. [1] [6] The site's quick links separately name an HSBC Taj credit card and a partnerships and alliances page, but the checked pages do not describe how either interacts with InnerCircle. [1] [5]

Member rates and their dates

The clearest published benefit is access to a set of member rates. In the snapshot checked on 18 October 2026, that block contained offers such as Festivals of India (validity 10 September to 30 November 2026), The City Special (1 October to 15 November 2026), Taj Holidays – International Escapes (until 20 November 2026) and Limited Period Escapes (20 September to 31 October 2026). [6] Others were listed as "round the year", including Suite Surprises (member only), Taj Club rooms with breakfast and cocktail hours inclusive, the advance purchase member breakfast-inclusive rate, New Beginnings, a breakfast-inclusive rate and a room-only best available rate. [6]

Two of the member offers carry extra conditions that are easy to miss. The member versions of Stay A Bit Longer require a stay of three nights or more, with savings on the room rate and on food and soft beverages. [6] The advance purchase member breakfast-inclusive rate requires booking 30 days or more ahead. [6] New Beginnings is described as 20% savings on breakfast-inclusive rates. [6] Because breakfast is a recurring element of these rates, it is worth reading the general explanation of breakfast benefits before comparing them with what a tier would otherwise include.

Dates on this block are per offer, not per programme: the same page mixes fixed calendar windows with year-round listings, so a rate seen as available does not tell you anything about when another rate runs. [6] Treat the windows above as a record of one capture, not as a permanent calendar.

NeuCoins: what is and is not stated

The offers page confirms three things about the currency: members earn NeuCoins, members redeem NeuCoins, and the arrangement is described as part of the NeuPass loyalty programme. [6] Everything a reader would normally check next is absent from the pages examined. There is no published earning rate per rupee or per stay, no redemption value, no minimum redemption, no expiry rule and no statement of whether earning differs by hotel, rate or membership tier. [6]

Exceptions and limits

• Rate-specific terms. Member rates are individual offers with their own conditions. The three-night minimum on the Stay A Bit Longer member rates and the 30-day advance purchase rule are examples, and they apply to those offers rather than to InnerCircle membership as a whole. [6]
• Login prompts. Within the member-rate block, each entry carries a login or join prompt, while the separate "exclusive offers" block on the same page carries book-now prompts. [6] The checked pages do not spell out what the gated rate shows once signed in.

• Offer dates and variation. The fixed-date offers above expire on the dates shown. [6]
