PROGRAMME PROFILE
Caesars Rewards: earning and spending via Wyndham Rewards
Caesars Rewards is a casino-resort loyalty programme whose properties appear in Wyndham Rewards' published terms as Participating Caesars Rewards Properties — a named list of Caesars, Harrah's, Horseshoe and related casino hotels where Wyndham Rewards members can earn Wyndham points on a qualified stay and spend them on free or points-plus-cash nights. [2] [3]
Facts checked: 18 October 2026
Key takeaways
- Through Wyndham Rewards, members earn and spend Wyndham Rewards points at a listed set of Caesars casino hotels, not Caesars Rewards points. [3]
- Earning requires a qualified stay — a booking made through Wyndham's own channels, a nightly rate of at least US$25, and the Wyndham Rewards membership number supplied at reservation. [3]
- Redemption covers free nights and points-plus-cash nights, with requirements set per bedroom per night and varying by property; taxes and resort fees may still fall due and cannot be paid in points. [2] [3]
What the Wyndham terms set up
The Wyndham Rewards terms in force from 30 September 2026 create a category called Participating Caesars Rewards Properties and list the properties inside it. [3] The entries are casinos and casino hotels, among them Caesars Palace Las Vegas, Nobu Hotel Caesars Palace, Paris Las Vegas, Horseshoe Las Vegas, Harrah's Las Vegas, The LINQ Hotel + Experience, Flamingo Las Vegas, Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, Caesars Atlantic City, Harrah's Resort Atlantic City, Harrah's Cherokee Casino Resort, Caesars New Orleans and Caesars Windsor. [3] Several entries carry the Trademark Collection by Wyndham name, and the terms state that hotels co-branded with Trademark Collection by Wyndham and Caesars are treated as Participating Caesars Rewards Properties rather than as Participating Hotels. [3]
Caesars Entertainment Corporation is named as the entity that accepts Wyndham Rewards points for free and discounted stays at those properties. [3] Wyndham's own site also lists a "Save up to 25% at Caesars Entertainment" rate among its offers and shows Caesars, Harrah's, Horseshoe, Flamingo and related properties in its brand listings; that rate is a room discount, separate from the points arrangements in the terms. [2]
Wyndham Rewards points move into Caesars properties. [2] [3]
Earning points on a Caesars stay
To earn, the stay must be a Qualified Stay. The terms stack several conditions: one or more consecutive nights at the same property, meeting any minimum-length-of-stay rule; a combined nightly rate of at least US$25 excluding taxes, surcharges and fees; payment in line with the property's policy; and, for Caesars properties, the member's Wyndham Rewards number given during the reservation process. [3] The booking channel is part of the test as well: a stay at a Participating Caesars Rewards Property must be reserved through wyndhamrewards.com, wyndhamhotels.com, the Wyndham Rewards app or member services, and the terms add that an online booking must be made on a website whose address includes "www.wyndhamhotels.com". [3]
On the earning rate, Wyndham's site summarises the programme as up to 10 points per dollar or 1,000 points, whichever is more, for each qualified stay. [2] The terms define "Additional Points" as a top-up that brings a qualified stay's earnings to a minimum of 1,000 points, and "Accelerated Earning Points" as extra points earned by Gold, Platinum and Diamond members on qualified stays. [3] Nothing in the sources ties a Caesars Rewards tier to the Wyndham earning rate at these properties. [2] [3]
Spending points at Caesars properties
Redemption runs the other way: Wyndham Rewards points buy free nights and points-plus-cash nights at the Caesars properties on the list, with Caesars Entertainment Corporation accepting the points. [3] Wyndham's redemption notes explain that requirements are set per bedroom per night, that a member must hold enough points for every bedroom booked, and that requirements vary by property and can be as high as 30,000 points per bedroom. [2] The cash element of a discounted night varies by property and date, taxes and resort fees may still apply even on a free night, points cannot be used to pay them, and availability and blackout dates or rates apply. [2]
The same page quotes two different starting levels for Wyndham redemptions: a member panel shows free nights "starting at just 5,000 points" and discounted nights "starting at just 500 points plus cash", while the how-to-redeem section says 7,500 and 750. [2] Either way those are programme-wide figures rather than Caesars-specific ones, and the per-property requirement is the number that governs a booking. [2]
Exceptions and limits
- Some stays never earn. The terms exclude all bookings made on third-party sites and apps — naming priceline.com, booking.com, expedia.com and others — along with contract and wholesale rates, complimentary nights, award nights and points-plus-cash discounted nights. [3]
- Points run on Wyndham's clock. Wyndham Rewards points expire four years after the date they are posted, and all points may be cancelled if an account has no earning, redemption or transfer activity for approximately, but never less than, eighteen consecutive months; an account dormant for sixty consecutive months may be closed and its points forfeited. [3] Wyndham Rewards Earner Premier cardholders are excluded from that expiry rule while their card account is open and in good standing. [3]
- No transfers or cash value. Wyndham Rewards points carry no cash value and cannot be sold, bartered or transferred by the member, except where the terms expressly allow it. [3]
- The terms can move. Wyndham Rewards may modify point values, redemption levels, conversion ratios and member level benefits at any time without notice. [3]
- Caesars-side rules are outside this profile. For status mechanics in programmes this page can describe, see elite status.
