PROGRAMME PROFILE

ALL Accor Live Limitless: earning, redemption and status

ALL Accor Live Limitless (usually shortened to ALL) is the hotel loyalty programme of Accor: joining is free, members earn Reward points and Status points at participating hotels, and Reward points can be redeemed for stays, experiences and partner services. [2] [3]

Facts checked: 18 October 2026

Key takeaways

  • ALL is a hotel programme with two separate point types: Status points decide the member's status level, while Reward points are the spendable currency usable for stays, Limitless Experiences, partners and more. [3]
  • Accor quotes earning at participating hotels as "€10 spent = up to 25 Reward points", covering hotel nights as well as restaurant, bar and spa spending. [2]
  • When Reward points are converted into a discount on a stay, Accor states 1,000 Reward points = €20, usable from 1,000 points. [2]
  • Earning, the member discount and subscription offers all apply at participating hotels, and Accor says the member discount varies by hotel brand. [1] [2]

How the programme is organised

Accor presents ALL as a single programme spanning more than 45 hotel brands, over 4,500 participating hotels in more than 110 countries, and more than 100 million members. [2] Membership itself is free, and Accor markets the member rate as saving up to 10% on stays from the moment of joining. [2]

The two point types do different jobs. Status points "determine your status level and the associated benefits", while Reward points can be redeemed for hotel stays, Limitless Experiences, partners and more. [3]

Reward points can also be used beyond hotel rooms: Accor's earning page groups redemptions into stays, entertainment, transport, events, shopping and donations. [3]

Earning Reward and Status points

At participating hotels, the published earning rate is €10 spent = up to 25 Reward points, and Accor lists hotel nights, restaurants, bars and spas as the places where that spending happens. [2] The same activity also produces Status nights and Status points, which Accor describes as being earned with every stay and every purchase at participating hotels. [2]

Earning is not limited to room nights. The earn page also names flight-and-hotel packages, private homes and villas through onefinestay, safaris, the Skip the Clean service, Orient Express train journeys under La Dolce Vita, bars and restaurants at participating venues, activities such as concerts, exhibitions and guided visits, car rental worldwide, Eurostar trains, parking and valet services, airport lounges and luggage storage, meetings and events, workspaces with Worklib and Wojo, and online or in-person shopping including Collections by ALL and brand e-shops. [3]

Points can be boosted through airline partners, where Accor says members earn points in both programmes, and through online surveys. [3]

What redemptions cost

Accor publishes redemption minimums by type rather than a single hotel award chart. The earn page lists hotel stays from 1,000 points; luxury package stays from 2,000; private home and villa stays from 7,200; donations to projects supported by ALL or by its brands from 500; activities from 1,000; concerts, sporting events and culinary experiences from 100; and airline, car rental, train and meetings-and-events redemptions from 2,000. [3] Limitless Experiences are described as redeemable with Reward points only. [3]

For stays, Accor gives a fixed conversion when points are used as a discount: 1,000 Reward points = €20, usable from 1,000 points. [2] Its worked example reduces a €320 stay by 2,000 Reward points, a €40 discount, leaving €280 to pay. [2] The other redemption types are quoted in points only. [3]

Status levels and published benefits

Accor names five status levels: Classic, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. [2] Classic is reached as soon as a member joins, and the benefits Accor lists for it are the member rate and premium Wi-Fi. [2] Status nights and Status points are the inputs that raise status. [2]

Accor's joining page names a free drink, late check-out and upgrades among the programme's privileges. [2]

Brand participation, subscriptions and limits

  • Participating hotels only. Earning, Status points and redemptions are all described as applying at participating hotels and venues, and Accor's brand menu separates its Luxury, Lifestyle by Ennismore, Premium, Midscale and Economy groups from a Partner Brands category. [1] [2] [3]
  • The member discount varies by brand. Accor states the saving as "up to 10%", and its footnote says the discount varies depending on hotel brands. [1] [2]
  • Subscriptions sit beside status. Accor advertises ALL Accor+ Voyager at 15% off stays in more than 30 brands and ALL Accor+ ibis at 15% off in ibis brands; one checked page lists an ALL PLUS Voyageur card at a guaranteed 15% to 20% discount, so the naming of these paid products differs between Accor pages. [1] [2] [3]
  • Redemption floors differ by type. A balance that covers a concert, sporting event or culinary experience from 100 points does not cover a hotel stay, which starts at 1,000 points. [3]
