SKYPASS
SKYPASS is Korean Air’s programme. It separates spendable miles from Flight Points used for some tier decisions, and partner earning follows its own distance and booking-class table. This profile separates the balance you can spend from the measures used for elite status.

- Before a flight, check the marketing carrier, operating carrier, fare and booking class.
- Keep the redeemable balance separate from the status measure listed below.
- Before booking, check award availability, fees and change conditions in the programme’s current search.
How flights earn
Partner flight credit depends on distance band, booking-class percentage, route and marketing-carrier restrictions. Korean Air flights use Korean Air’s own table.
Miles or points to spend
SKYPASS miles are spendable. Flight Points are a separate qualification measure.
Elite status qualification
Morning Calm qualification can use eligible miles or Korean Air Flight Points and has a requalification cycle that is usually two years. Higher lifetime tiers have separate conditions.
Expiry
Miles from flights on or after 1 July 2008 generally expire on 31 December of the tenth year after the flight, Korea time. Older mileage batches follow separate rules.
